Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 36(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose            
of considering Amendment No. 2.                                                
                                                                               
Representative Porter objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, HCS CSSB 36(FIN) was returned to second            
reading.                                                                       
                                                                               
Amendment No. 2 was offered  by Representative Davies:

Page 26, following line 2, insert a new bill section to read:                  
"* Sec. 46. AS 14.17.490(d) enacted in Sec. 2 of this Act is repealed        
June 30, 2002."                                                                
                                                                               
Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.

Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
